Exceptional In-house Support

PrescribersConnection® provides our partners with exceptional in-house support using proprietary software via phone, web, or email.

Unlike a typical call center, our support team not only handles immediate partner needs but also proactively monitors the PrescribersConnection LTPAC Network along with the software vendor to ensure continuous message processing. Partners are expected to monitor their clients’ ePrescribing transmissions and resolve issues in a timely manner per Support SLA requirements.

PrescribersConnection maintains our partner relationships through excellent service and superior end results.  We work closely with our partners to support them as their business and ePrescribing needs change. Whether that is adopting a newer version of the NCPDP SCRIPT Standard, upgrading or enhancing your application or network, or even adding a physical location – we will be glad to help. Together, success is achieved!
